All sales are considered final* unless there was a mistake on our end. I would love to be able to support returns one day, but today is not that day. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping
Please double-check your shipping address, item size, and item colour before completing checkout. We can't change the shipping address once we ship your order. Any rerouting or corrections after dispatch will be up to the buyer to arrange.
We ship orders through Canada Post. If you are outside of Canada, your package will continue with your local postal service once it arrives in your country.
My mom, dad, and I work as fast as we can to get you your order as soon as possible! :) Orders are typically processed within two business days.
Customs and Duties
We ship our 100% made in Canada products from Canada. As the buyer, you are responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or duties charged by your home country.
US orders will be charged duties upfront.
If you are outside of Canada and the USA: the delivery company will contact you if there are additional charges due before delivery. These charges are separate from our shipping fees and are collected by the delivery company on behalf of your local customs authority.
*EU Right of Withdrawl Form
As of June 19, 2026, if you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
International returns are costly, so customers are responsible for return shipping. Returned items must be in their original condition. Any loss in value resulting from damage, wear, or excessive handling may be deducted from your refund.

Hey everyone! I started I Fail Often knowing I wouldn't be able to offer returns due to the cost and logistics involved, so this is a big change for our family-run store.
If you're ordering from the EU, I'd really appreciate you taking a moment to double-check sizing and garment choices before placing your order. As we ship internationally from Canada, you will also very likely have to pay import fees to your local delivery service. I would like to keep shipping to the EU, so you're support here means a lot!
